Come work in a positive working environment, with steady work, and access to world class outdoor adventures in our backyard Job Description : We are seeking a HVAC Sales / Estimator in the Colorado Mountains to become a part of our team You will develop new relationships, ask good questions, and develop customized HVAC maintenance and installation solutions. Our passion is to help our customer reduce their impact on our environment through energy conservation and intelligent design. Responsibilities: Collaborate as a team to develop energy efficient solutions. Focus on customer development and customizing preventative maintenance solutions for our customers. Strong knowledge of local HVAC mechanical codes to ensure compliance within our organization. Collaborate with customers and present customized solutions. Partner with other subcontractors to ensure we exceed our customer's expectations. Customize design / build solutions with our sales team and customers. Qualifications: Previous experience in Heating and Air Conditioning estimating or other related fields Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong communication skills Team player Valid drivers license and ability to be insured on company insurance Benefits: Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Full Medical Benefits 401K Plan includes 3% employer contribution
